Unconfirmed address

I sold something of quite high value (£60) and am sending it special delivery (next day). However, it is being sent to an unconfirmed address. Is it still safe to send even if it is an unconfirmed address? Thanks.

Usually it says on the Paypal if it's 'safe to send'. Go to the item's 'details' bit on Paypal and see if it says safe or has a green tick..•

Sorry, yes I have just seen this. Also looks like it is actually confirmed on paypal, silly me.

As has been said, unconfirmed/confirmed will not be an issue if you need to claim under Paypal Seller Protection. Just ensure the green 'eligible to send' note is on the transaction (this can sometimes be missing on the email).0
