hi folks im wondering if anybody could help me, i just got my bill in from bt and im £60 in credit (guess overpayments with dd), can i ask for this to be sent back to me? i have got a lot more bills to pay off......

You can ask for some of it back,or you could reduce your dd till its used up.0
