If you wish to exit your IVA, it's as simple as stopping paying it - after three months your IP has a duty to take action - but don't do anything rash!
It is highly unlikey the IP will pursue Bankruptcy on behalf of your creditors because they wont want to spend their money getting you out of debt. Unless you have huge assets that are worth pursuing!
Why do you say your IVA was mis-sold?Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?
