    OK you're all going to think I have a "thing" for black card :rotfl: but I've had a go at my Reindeer Poop bags. I've used black card (again ;)) as it's cheap and plentiful :D

    This is going to sound stupid but do you think it looks too "posh" for a bag essentially of fake poop? :rotfl:

    5136948067_60ecb8dd2d_m.jpg I have basically used a silver pen for the writing and a silver stamp pad and embossing powder for the label (which I've then heated up). Underneath the black label is a similar shaped cut out from silver card.

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Bless your OH!

    I think that's what I am worried about. I assumed that these would be aimed at kids so think they look a bit too classy :o

    Still as they say on Mastermind, I've started so I'll finish. Got 10 of them to make, better get busy cutting with the scissors (which I hate :eek:)

    Hogshead - have a look in Wilkinsons for cheap bird food.

    Was in TK maxx today and I noticed they were selling gorgeous cupcake wrappers 25 for £2.99 in pastle pinks, might be useful for flannel cupcakes?

    I managed to pick up some lovely laura ashley scrapbook papers for my xmas doorhangers, which I aim to do along with a mountain of other stuff this week whilst im off work! I also sneaked this little fellow in too, couldn't resist MediaCardBlackBerrypicturesIMG00479-20101101-1916.jpg

    Just looking for punched/die cut scalloped circles on ebay as I dont really want to buy a punch as it'll only really get used at xmas time.

    OMG I LOVE him!!

    This is just like when I loved the 4ft pink spotty giraffe... I've not been forgiven for rehoming him :rotfl: where did you get this cute fellow from? *fingers crossed I[STRIKE] can [/STRIKE]can't get one*

    I bought mine from Craftfairy as she's a Stampin' Up demonstrator. They are sizes - circle 1 3/8" and the scallop is 1 3/4".
    They're not cheap though (but I have to say very heavy duty so I guess you get what you pay for :D)

  • Thanks bitsy, there are so many sizes, i want to start having a look around and might put some on my xmas list (not sure i can wait that long)!!! dont want to spend LOADS, as i wont use them that much, but dont tell my OH! but i do want them and will definitely find them useful!
  • Not sure if someone has already mentioned or linked to activityvillage.co.uk (can't post link because I'm a newbie). They've got a Christmas crafts section that you might like to check out. It's really for children so may be a bit basic for you talented ladies (I reckon it's probably just about my level!!!) Just thought that a lot of people seem to do things with/for children/grandchildren so might provide a few ideas. I love the wooden spoon angel and Rudolph, and the felt Christmas tree decorations are very sweet too.
