Centrepiece Help

I'm hoping someone can help me find vases like the ones in the link. It's a glass vases which is easy enough to find but the stand inside is like a metal disc with hole punches. Googled loads of sites but can't find anything similar anywhere. Any ideas and of course as mse as possible would be great!

Are you sure it's a metal disc? I've been staring at the pic & it looks like it's just the ribbon to me with a little bit of water? Though I have been on nights, so maybe my eyes aren't quite adjusted yet! :D

I would have though that if you used artificial gerberas then the stems would be strong enough when arranged like that to hold shape without needing holes at the bottom for the stems to go through so you could get away with just a plain glass cyclindrical vase
