school election - good site?

My 6 year old is looking to join the school council. He has to have 3 goals for the school and produce leaflets and posters!

Does anyone know any sites that has this type of leaflet/poster you can amend etc?

Or any ideas/advice?!

I really wouldn't worry too much about the goals/posters because they may not be relevant to the school that he attends and at 6 they will not be expected state of the art designed posters/leaflets etc it is simply about things that his peer age group would like to see happen.
It could be things such as being allowed to play football with older children(not allowed in some schools), to there being more clubs/activites, or to having designated 'playground friends' if you are feeling alone/upset(although I think a lot of schools have this type of practice in place)
The idea of it is for children to come up with things that they think would make their school a better place.
