Refund advice please

I sold an item on ebay, buyer contact me requesting refund as she was unhappy with the price she'd paid and she couldnt assemble the item. I pointed out the item had been assembled in the photo, so not a problem with the item. Advised I would refund as dont want neg feedback, but who pays for the postage,( to the buyer and return to me):T

    The buyer should pay postage back to you, which is what paypal would have them do if they opened a dispute. If you found on return there was a problem with the item, you could consider refunding their return postage.

    On receipt of the item refund them initial postage and item cost.
