Has anyone had any problems in recieving their cashback in respect of Gas and Electricty comparison sites .
I wish to advise you that after changing my suppliers on July 1 , and despite promises to the contrary , I have not recieved my promised payment of £15.00 .
Are all these sites the same as say Energyhelpline , for instance .

Usually takes around 2 months for cashback to be paid, but can sometimes take a little longer, have you actually spoke to their customer services?Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!
