After just six weeks, Northern Rock have agreed with my complaints re the misselling of PPI and have awarded me, from 3 different loans I had with them over a period of 6 years, £1,700 including 8% interest!
(Just to clarify, all but 2 of the loans were paid off fairly quickly and were taken out prior to selling a house and a car. When those were sold the loans were paid off.)
