just want to clarify done my first NPB in 4 years of ebay
the buyer didnt respond so i closed the dispute after 8 days - am i right in thinking i can now neg him without him negging me back
i want to neg him cuz he never responded to one of my many emails and i waited 3 weeks after the auction closed because i got the standard im sending u a postal order email after the auction ended

Go for it. You can leave feedback, and as they didn't respond to the NPB they can't leave you feedback. I have done this a couple of times.0
