Asda home delivery

Well i have used ASDA home delivery twice now. First time it should have been delivered between 7pm and 9pm and after 3 phone calls it came at 11.30pm.
Now second time i have used them. should have been with me last night between 5pm and 7pm by 9pm no grocery. phoned and phoned then checked online to find my order had been cancelled.
Roll on today, my money has been taken and on phoning the store was told it would take until wednesday to be back in my bank account.
So phoned and eventually spoke to the manager. he immediately apologised and told me to go into the store, which i did and he gave me £60.00 cash as a goodwill gesture. He was polite and really apologetic. So well done Manager at Hereford Asda you have restored my faith in decent managers acknowledging there delivery service let me down badly
