Lan registry plan doesnt resemble land boundary

hi
anyone any experience of this. the solicitor has wrtten to say land registry shows end of the garden diagonially sloping one way and the garden slopes the opposite way. behind the garden is MOD land.
The solicitor says the garden land could be smaller than the land plan, looking on google earth it seems the whole road has issues as none of their fences resemble anything like the land registry plan.
How are things like this resolved?

you may need to download all the title plans for all the row to see how they all look (£3 each if you do it.. tons more cash if your solicitor does it)
worse case scenario i have heard of folks having to employ a professional bounday dispute surveyor to Adjudicate on disputed boundaries and it can go on for a long time.....
are you going to ask him to check out for any pet cemeteries while he is at it.....

£4 each, i think? It's gone up recently, IIRC....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

Depends how many garden plans you need to download I suppose (-:...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0
