  • Thank you for signing :) I think it's always gone on and maybe it is just reported ever so slightly more often, but most people don't seem to get on board and try and make a change. I am so relieved and touched by the responses from the caring people on here that aren't ignorant of what is going on and are trying to help speak for those who can't speak for themselves in this human-dominated world. I'm fed up of hearing atrocities carried out against animals and the perpetrators being let free. How can they live with themselves? If you don't value the life of animals such as dogs, who are so domesticated they are often thought of as children within the family, then there's not much hope. Empathy is a trait lacking in so many individuals these days. It just makes me so sad that Jack had no one there to cuddle him, it's such a shame... xx
  • I remember reading somewhere, or seeing it on TV, that in times of economic hardship, cases of animal cruelty and child abuse do increase, but I can't provide any links to substantiate this - I just remember hearing about it somewhere :(

Just to let folk know that there will be A Candle Light Ceremony for beautiful little Jack on Facebook. See here

    "Time 03 October · 18:00 - 20:00

Location in your own home/officeCreated by: JUSTICE FOR JACK

More info As a tribute to our boy and all those animals who have suffered at the hands of their abusers we are holding a Candle Light Vigil between 6.00 pm and 8.00 p.m. this Sunday.

Please send healing thoughts to those who are still suffering."

When you log onto Facebook you can invite Family and Friends to join in the Vigil for Jack.

Some of my Friends have already signed the Petition and I'm hoping a lot more will once they've read my mail.

I can't get his little face out of my mind...

I have a little Jack/Staff cross Dog and 2 long haired Ginger Tom Cats who have a comfortable, carefree, happy life with me. My eldest Son says they are all spoit!
I also feed the local Foxes and little Birds in the Garden, and wonder why when I can do this for my little Animal Kingdom that other folk can't even manage to feed one little Dog...

I'll bet the monster who did these cruel things to Jack was happily feeding their horrid fat face whilst watching him going downhill. Even a few scraps of their left overs could have kept the poor little soul alive, but they obviously didn't want to bother...

The other thing that astounds me is the fact they knew of Whitehall, and could have left him there Weeks/Months ago, if that had been done he could have been saved.

    xxx

:( That makes me very sad. He reminds me of my little guy in the face and he's a timid little soul, Jack looks like he was the same. How could they do it?! I can feel myself getting wound up again, it's truly heartbreaking, I'd break in any house to get any dog out who is suffering, how can those pigs sit by and let this happen? Sick in the head. They don't deserve rehabilitation or whatever nonsense idiots in charge go on about, if you watch a little soul like Jack's deteriorate the way they must have done, then they don't deserve to breathe the same breath as any other dog... xxx

The worrying thing is - they actually took this dog to a place of safety at the very end. Why do that? Did someone find him and take him from a friend/neighbour or whatever because if they had done this to a creature themselves (and its scarey to think how many this must be happening to) why actually show some compassion at the very last?

I know, isn't is fantastic! So many dedicated people fighting to get justice for Jack. Why the newspapers won't print this story is beyond me :( There needs to be some more awareness to help find who is responsible for carrying out this sickening abuse on beautiful, innocent Jack xxx
