Pending payment

Hi again, I sold an item on 25th september and it was marked as payment sent the next day, i've just looked at the item again and at the top it says "This item is pending payment through PayPal."
Now i've had e-cheques before through paypal but i always get an email notifying me of this but i've had nothing about this one and there is nothing showing in my paypal account either whereas normally the status will be pending

Anyone know what this means please? Normally at this stage I would email the buyer to say they need to pay in the next 48 hours or I will start an npb but don't like to if this is definately going to arrive through paypal

When you click on the item in paypal does it give you an "expected clearing date" of when the funds should clear into paypal if not I don't know what to suggest

It's not showing up on paypal, that's what confused me

Here's a thread about a similar message... sounds glitchy.

Based on reading the thread it sounds entirely probably that your buyer hasn't done anything about payment yet.

Thanks for that, I've just asked on there as well as it seems that person had a pending sign on their paypal whereas there is nothing about this transaction in my paypal
