Hi guys
My order is due on Thursday - just viewed my invoice on line. Does it mean that everything listed on my invoice will arrive and is in stock?
What happens if an item doesn't arrive? Surely I don't have to pay?
Thanks - just a tad confused as it is my first go
Yep, should be! Unless it says right at the bottom that something isnt in stock you should get it
Check your delivery asap though in case something is missing. Hasnt happened to me yet but have heard it can happen by mistake x0 -

Brilliant - I'm so excited, I booked the day off work to make sure everything goes ok :rotfl:.
Really chuffed with what I made - had a nice suprise as hadn't realised some things were 2 for £10 etc when I was inputting the order.
Are you having a better day today?Avon Representative October 2010: C16: £276 :T C17: £297 :j0 -

Nice one! Well done youthat hasnt happened to me yet
My day is much better today but still feel like I need a weekend right now! :rotfl:
My delivery came (its like Christmas here!!) and I've separated things into boxes to make them easy to put together later. Most of my customers are F&F so its easier to arrange a day to deliver and collect money so now rush for me at the moment which is good. So darn tired all the time!0 -
i have had things missing in my last 2 orders. grrr makes me mad!!! an immediate replacement is about a week lol xx0

i am having a mare with a customer at the moment. today was the third day i have tried to deliver her order and still no success (all in the pouring rain might i add). What frustrates me more is that she lives just across the road from me and i can see her house from my upstairs window. funny how when i was knocking on the door the living room light was on and blinds open yet by the time i got across the road and went upstairs they had been shut! grrrrr. so i put a note through the door saying very politely, i have tried to deliver several times 'but seem to be missing you' so please could you give me a call to let me know when is convenient or pop across the road.... still waiting... the worst thing is she was great on the first order and she has spent like £30 each time on anew products so i really dont want to let go of her that easy. hmmm.
also, one of my customers has asked about a 'deep clean face wash for men'. i can only find this as a free gift in C16 if you buy the mens EDT for £6 but she doesnt want an EDT. However the RRP of the scrub is £3 so i was thinking just to please the customer i would order the EDT and then sell the scrub at £3 (therefore paying £3 for the EDT which i can use for a gift). is that morally ok?DFBX2016 #160 - £3550/£8800

That's what I'd do0 -
I don't let my customers take the mickey too much - I've found if you pander to them too much, a lot of people will just take advantage. I have a lady who spends between £20-£50 every camp, however she never has the money when I go to deliver (even though my customers know what day & time I'm coming)...she rearranges. Fine. HOwever this time, I asked her let me have her order Tuesday morning...she text it Tuesday night!!! So ended up putting an additional through for it. She asked me to go last Monday - I went there, but no answer, so shes had a note asking her to contact me. She hasn't so its being returned.
She can have a book next time with a polite note saying I unfortunately had to return her last order, but that I hope she is ok, and that I will deliver her free bathrobe (which she could have had last week had she been in when she'd asked me to go!) with her next order. Means she'll have to place another order to get it pmsl!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
Hello Ladies.
Have I really been away for so long that you have a new thread now?
To be honest, things have been awful. Partner moved away and cant get transferred home.
Son decided to be an almighty pleb and jump onto the bonnet of a moving car. (didnt end well either)
but 2 days in hospital and lots and lots of TLC and his slowly recovering.
Lost one of my twin cats (impossible to advertise as one is still mooching around the village)
No lounge, had ceiling replastered, (still not dry) no dining room, (full of furniture from lounge) no office (full of furniture from lounge) no TV (never used to watch it but now i miss having the choice)
Avon has been busy with another party and another two for C18 but sister in law away and dumped with her extensive rounds too.
Im just feeling really rubbish and seriously looking for work elsewhere.
(crackers because nothing else would give me the flexibility i have now) but i crave dullness right now!
What with all the changes in Avon and chaos at home, just not been on here at all, dont have any free time at the moment and its killing me!
Not to worry, hopefully in 2 weeks I will have something which resembles a home again, which will make me smile
Sons burns will heal up and not have to spend all morning waiting in for nurse to change dressings.
But by then it will xmas and chaos will reign again.
Been going to fat club and taken up running to try to de stress myself and cant even do them at the moment either
Just plain fed up!!!!
Can't get much worse can it?
awh {{{{{hugs}}}}} wondered where you'd been hun! Yes I had a customer place an order, when I got there, she denied ever placing it, her husband said they didn't buy avon. She then approached me in the street, asking me if I was the Avon lady and she wanted to place an order. I said to her, but I had an order for your house and you returned it, she denied ever placing an order again.
Every now and again I see her in the street, and she asks for a book, so I give her an expired one, as I know she won't place an order and I am wasting my time.0
