Priase for SIMPLE Skin Care

About a month ago I bought a bottle of SIMPLE face cream, I have used their items before but not this particular product.
Immediately after applying it my face went bright red, itchy and sore so of course I washed it off with soap and water. I thought no more of it and went to bed.
The next morning I awoke to find my face still red, the skin was puffy and my left so swollen it would only just open. I also felt sick and lightheaded.
I called into work and see my doctor who thought, as I did, that I'd suffered an alergic reaction to the cream, something that has never happened before to me.
I emailed SIMPLE customer services to let them and suggested they look into it as they may have a dodgy batch of cream on sale. I had a reply the following week apologising asking for my full contact details.......
Yesterday I got home to find a letter from them, it apologised again for my distress and also contained a Boots gift voucher to the value of the cream. They also asked me to return the cream to them (in a pre-paid envelope) so they could look into it.
I'm chuffed that SIMPLE took my concerns seriously and did something to help.
Well done SIMPLE!
