    from what i was told when DD was at college then the answer is no you dont.

    Im paranoid about telling HMRC everything that happens incase theres an overpayment .

    In saying that , from reading on their website it appears as long as my daughter remains in full time education whilst she is working under 24 hours then everything will be ok.
