Pressing 1 has stopped calling my answerphone (Orange - Tocco Lite)

Hi,
I don't know if anyone can help but it would be great if anyone could help me fix this.
I have a Samsung Tocco Lite on Orange and it has always called the answerphone when I press 1 but today I tried it and it didn't work it says voice mail number and asks me to put in name and centre address.
Can anyone advise me on how to fix this without having to spend ages on hold to orange.
I recently upgraded my contract and phone but I am still using my old phone as I prefer it - I don't know if that may be the issue (but I have done this before and never had a prob)

not sure about the name and centre address but the number for voicemail 07973100123 (or 123 for short) - for a quick fix set that to the speed dial for 2Yes Your Dukeiness
