IPS caching DNS...?

Hi

I am trying to set up a website with Heart Internet, I bought the domain from 123-reg but have transferred it to Heart (about three days ago)

I uploaded my home page yesterday but when I type in the URL, it keeps redirecting me to 123 reg instead of my website.

I was told my Heart customer service to flush my DNS (which I did) and to turn the router off overnight to see if it reset but nothing has changed.

The website came up on his computer and that is how he established it's a DNS problem and also it worked on my iphone when I connected with 3g and not my wifi.

He said if they don't work, i'll have to wait for the IPS (which is o2) to stop caching the DNS, does anybody know how long this might be? Should I ring o2?

This is all a bit complicated for me so if i've missed anything important out just let me know.

Hayley
