Trainline booking error means price increase x10
I want to travel from London to Manchester today. Last night I found a ticket on trainline for £5.95, when I tried to book I got an error message "E00331" (not really sure what it means, but in any case it blocked the sale). It was too late to call the call centre so I left it until the morning. The ticket is no longer available and I can only buy the full far, almost £50.
I did take a screenshot last night and so have proof of the available ticket, is there any chance of me managing to reclaim the almost £45?

Virtually nil as I doubt if it was a "real" ticket. From the sounds of things you were booking after 6:00pm and normally the only tickets available at that time are for the walk up fares0

Reclaim? You said it blocked the sale. Did it take your £6? If not then your not getting the £6 to Manchester.0

Of course not. You tried to buy a ticket and it stopped you from buying it - therefore there is nothing to reclaim.0 -
Did you sort your 'reclaim' out? :rotfl:0
