    Could be.

Marbles cards are issued by the HBOS apparently. And Halifax is part of that group now.

Using ICO Halifax PLC comes out as Bank of Scotland which includes HALIFAX CARD SERVICES So I'd use that address?

So to update & clear things up:

    Creditors in DRO -

    CAPITAL ONE
    TSB BANK ACCOUNT
    TSB LOAN
    TSB CC
    BANK OF SCOTLAND
    BARCLAYCARD
    MARBLES
    NATIONWIDE

    Credit files -

    CAPITAL ONE settled
TSB BANK ACCOUNT not on any report
    TSB LOAN no default
    TSB CC no default
BANK OF SCOTLAND down as MBNA & Arrow Global defaulted 29/09/2009
BARCLAYCARD down as Atkiv defaulted 12/04/2006
    MARBLES default 15/01/2010
    NATIONWIDE defaulted 22/07/2009

So it looks like just one account I can't sort out TSB Bank Account! Atkiv will it drop of my report in 2012? Should I still contact them?

So I've finally sent off my letters to all but TSB Bank Account and Barclaycard as I don't have them on any report.
Atkiv I think is a loan/store card I took out in 2003 with Dixons, it was settled with First National Tricity Finance Ltd in 2008 but then sold to Atkiv who I was paying till May 2009 through a DMP - so far no contact with them since.
  • TSB Bank Account and Barclaycard as I don't have them on any report. your quote!

if they arent on your report then dont do anything with them. just leave it at that.

    marbles is halifax.

So checking my reports again and Arrow Global who MBNA (Bank of Scotland) sold my debt to have been moved from 'bank' to 'credit cards' MBNA as DA and Arrow Global as D.

How does having both these affect my report? Can I do anything about the fact that the debt was sold during my DRO?

Marbles/Halfiax are still down as arrangement to pay.

Okay I'm not looking just yet to see 'settled' on the reports just notice a few more things.

    UPDATE!

So far Nationwide, Capital One and Halifax (Marbles) have updated their files and settled my accounts, not current dates (Cap 1 & Halifax) but at least they are settled for the moment.
