Again, we have had a thread sanitised. Just yesterday I looked at a programme on the old ogle box, Ryder Cup, thought to myself, what wonderful Welch voices singing ‘Land of My Father’. And some old sketch from Not the Nine o’clock News sprang to mind. No not the advert that now tops the chart for some reason, the ‘Failed in Wales’ parody. Lost it is now, cleaned out in the correctness of a PC compliant cam-PAIN.

So what does this mean to readers. Well, on Tuesday morn just gone, I bumped into a post where I made no real comment, accept that seeing as I was first on the scene, a post where more than one poser had less than 5 posts at the time, purported to be either the business owner or some rambling customer, where in a loggerhead battle of baffoons, for want of a rustle.

This wondrous morn, I awake to see the post I am on about with an addition, so I pops along again and guess what. The thread is a shambles, my quoting of so called ‘business owner’ and his words have disappeared, without trace. OK, I admit later in the thread that I removed some remark from this, the thread is not complete, although I have not commented on my thoughts are, I have said in other areas that I against Victim Hugging, and One post thread leaders should be listened to, but treated with the respect their number of posts deserves.

I have though in the past been quick to disagree with some posters who have come on here for absolution for the ‘failing’ and as such had posts removed from them, the recent case of the trinket left in JJB sparks a bell. Another that got me a yellow card from the champion ‘Victim Hugger Supreme’, though she will know who she is, tis not the place for me to go into playground squabbles.

Alas, if we continue to give no voice to those who oppose our views, our sanitised rose tinted view of the world becomes blinkered. Again some come here, and have come here for only absolution of their misfortune, some are quite rude in their briskness to dismiss others, with pms, and I have had more than my fair share, requesting I answer their posts. I can say most I do, and most never come back.

Alas to say, I am not, as some directly asked a week or so back, ppr’d, the ultimate sanitisation.

I haven't got you on ignore because you are sometimes funny. However I do prefer your funny short posts. I read all of the above thinking I was in for a right chuckle but it wasn't funny at all!
