1. A recent change in your personal information. (eg: billing address, phone)
2. Submitting incorrect information during bill payment process.

I think you need to retitle your thread as it's implying this is a scam by Virgin media when in fact it's just a phishing scam from some unknown lowlife. It's not really fair to imply it has anything to do with Virgin.0
