Yes but your need to credit your a/c at some stage.
" Max 300 minutes per week of free calls, measured over the last 7 days. Unused free minutes cannot be taken to the following week(s). If limit is exceeded the normal rates apply. With your FREE DAYS you can call for free to all the destinations listed as free! when you have no FREE DAYS left the normal rates apply. You can get extra Freedays by buying credit "0 -

I have just signed up with Voip.co.uk due to the unreliability and nonsense of BT BT Talk.
If you don't already have the hardware then expect to pay around £65 at first including £10 calling credit and 1 year of UK Call (usually £19.99) but in terms of call charges UK Landlines are 2p/hr peak and free off-peak upto an hour.
Their customer service/support is superb and their SIP setting is almost if you have a rock solid connection. You also have the option of setting ANY number that you own as the CLI (proof of ownership required) for £5 one off fee and you can add geographical numbers to your account at the cost of £2 one off fee.
I wish I could get shares in this company because although I have only been with them about a fortnight, they are the best phone company that I have come across.
If you only make UK calls and don't mind making the calls through the PC rather than a regular phone then they work out cheaper than most of the Finarea companies.
Voip.co.uk £19.99/yr for free off-peak calls + 2p/hr peak with no connection fee.
Finarea £10+VAT/90-120 days for 1200 anytime minutes (though a lot charge 1p/min for UK calls now) per 28 day period.0 -
I am using both voip.co.uk and voipdiscount and they are both GREAT.. voip.co.uk for incoming phonecalls, and voipdiscount for free outgoing phonecalls. I went with voip.co.uk for 2 reasons, 1) they are very stable and provider a great service, 2) I will go with their £1.99 the day voipdiscount stop providing free phone calls to the UK.0

It's 10 Euros + VAT (not £s) = about £7.80 x 3 times a year = £23.40 a year0 -
Last time I looked voipcheap.com was the cheapest for uk mobiles(5.57p/min inc VAT), and uk landlines are free for 120 days max 300 min/7 day period.0
