Non Payer & dodgy feedback question

My mate just emailed me about a non paying buyer telling her to F OFF on ebay.

He also left negative feedback after a non payment case was opened & marked the payment as sent so he could leave negative.

She replied to his neg feedback calling him a non paying, multiple id, shill bidder & all buyers & sellers should beware.

Does his feedback disappear when she gets the strike?

& shall she report the F OFF email?

I have had a look at the IDs & she is right about the shill bidder, multiple ID stuff.

I dont think the feedback will be removed as they replied to the NPB.
She will need to report it to Ebay, hopefully it wont be long before its gone.

As they replied to the case the feedback normally stands. Though its sometimes worth trying to get it removed as ebay will sometimes.

The buyer (or non payer) could get your friends response removed though as the mention of shill bidding and multiple ids has nothing to do with the transaction and feedback rules state that the FB must only be about that transaction.

    Thanks.

From the start they said they were not going to pay & to cancel the sale.

They have just got annoyed that things are not going their way & they are going to get a strike.

They haven't responded to the NPB directly just sent a few emails which have been ignored including blackmail on feedback.

It is all a bit sad. :o

Thanks, I thought it may be the case that hers gets removed. If it stands I think he may find himself getting a few "sales"

Don't stoop to their level and make life unpleasant for them in return.

I think if you are in this situation it isn't wise to muck about with the non-payer's account like that. Just do the dispute, get the strike, get eBay to remove the neg on the grounds that payment never arrived (worth a try still IMO), and don't make yourself worse than they are.
