Hi,
I'm currently in credit with NPower (i.e. they owe me money!). We've found a new supplier and will be transfered in a few weeks. Presumably NPower will pay us the money they owe. ...............Right?

Matt, Yes Npower will refund the money, When you transfer suppliers your new supplier will provide the old supplier (Npower) with final meter readings to close the account down to. Npower will then bill you to those reads and any credits owing will be returned. My advice would be, when your new supplier contacts you to say the date there due to start supplying you i would suggest contacting them with meter reads to ensure accurate start reads, and closing reads with npower.0
