Advice re legal contracts ebay

Should have told them sorry after taking legal advice, you WILL sell them the car and knock £50 off the price for the trouble.
Then add you will put all the bits of the engine/gearbox in the boot, Any missing bits can be found on the motorway hard shoulder between junctions 7 - 8.
Pretty sure they will say the auction is NOT legally binding after all.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

Your example doesn't work as the item sold should be as per the listing.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. And then you open yourself up to a SNAD complaint.
Only way to deal with this is to ignore the buyer. They have no legal claim to the car whatsoever, so don't worry about it.We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0 -

And seller still risks a neg, a non performing seller complaint and poor stars, which is all that can happen to him now anyway.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
