did you sign in on moving in AND on moving out ?

we cant help if you dont answer relevant questions....
  • Sorry, no I only signed the inventory when I moved in. I don't know how anything in it would really help my situation though - it only listed what was in the flat in the way of furnishings and their condition when I moved in.

Phone up vet first, some might not be willing to 'sign' a statement etc. My parents cats had fleas all the time. I never got bitten but loved squeezing them between my nails. Pop. Sorry! :D

Yuk!! My vet is not a particularly friendly/helpful guy (was planning to find a new one next time Frankie needs her jabs) so will phone up to find out about it.

let the deposit protection scheme decide... you had the carpets cleaned but did not hoover afteewards, so you can expect to have a small deduction for that

the LL cannot claim for loss of rent

it is up to him to prove he had the place fumigated

you are in a difficult position if you did not attend the final inventory inspection
