Hope you are all enjoying a lovely lazy Sunday morning.
Not unless getting up at 7.30 to do the ironing before dropping kids at my parents so that I can go to the gym counts as a lazy morning!Hi!
I'm not expecting to have to buy anything this month apart from perhaps some shower gel and a cheap-ish shampoo to use my conditioners up with (I seem to use more shampoo than conditioner so have loads left).
Thanks
Gwenx
We should get together - I use far more conditioner than shampoo! 3 for 2 works brilliantly for me because I can buy 1 shampoo and 2 conditioners.
As a newby, I am alone in thinking that products seem to be taking AGES to get used up? Is it because I am much more aware of how much I have? I cut open a tube of conditioner last weekend and it is still going strong. Eventually I'll have my first UU to report......
Any ideas what I can use body scrubs for, apart from the obvious? I seem to have 3 on the go and I don't really like any of them.
ho hum, onwards and upwards, I suppose

3 UU for me so far.

- Nivea Visage Facial Wipes - WIBA? Yes but need to run other ones down first.
- Dove Hand Cream - WIBA? No - I found it ineffective and my hands are in pretty good nick!!
I haven't done an inventory yet as it is just too scary :eek:No buying toiletries Graduated May 2017Decluttered 2016 2469 items, 2017 1580 items :j2018 3060 itemsSealed Pot Challenge No 0380 -

Morning all. Good to see how many resisted the Liz Earle TSV I was really tempted even though I don't need or particularly want most of the items. I hate the eyebrite so would of been such a waste.
I have loads of uus to report
Clinique rinse off foaming cleanser WIBA? NO
Sanctuary softening souffle WIBA? YES
Sanctuary facial wipes? NO
Perfect 10 colourseal conditoner WIBA? YES
Boots expert anti blemish serum sample WIBA? NO
Avon fondation sample WIBA? NO
thrown out Garnier caffeine roll on, Having problems with one of my eyes and this seems to be agrevating it so I'm going to throw it, it's been open for at least 18months so I'm guessing it's not that hygenic.0 -
Morning all!
Well done on the willpower with the TSV ladies, give yourselves a big pat on the back - you definitely deserve it and I guess it shows in a way that this challenge is working as I'm sure most would have given in before?! I'm glad I haven't got the patience to watch these channels otherwise who knows what I'd spend
One UU for me this morning, after spraying under one arm :rotfl: an Asda spray deoderant WIBA yes the fragrance is pleasant and you can still smell it towards the end of the day IYKWIM, keeps me as dry as the more expensive ones and comes in a big can so definitely value for money! I've already cracked open the next one to finish the other armpit off !! It's times like that you really appreciate the stash
Slightly off topic but I am really amazed at this....I painted my nails yesterday aaaaaaaand I think this is the first time that I have never had any chips in the polish! Usually they chip within an hour of wearing polish (my nails are quite weak and flaky anyway - i have no patience for them) and I really am in awe of these, I keep picking things up to show off my new nails (and for myself to check them out - sad I know!), it's almost like the buzz of getting a manicure and false nails for those that don't wear them often :rotfl:
I did use The Nail Doctor's Liquid Bandage 'polish' as a base coat, painted Rimmel 10 days navy blue polish on top (closest one to hand) and then top coat of the liquid bandage again - i think I have discovered the trick to long lasting nail varnish!!!! (might be a bit premature after only one day!) Sorry to ramble but now I've found this could work I might be more tempted to paint my nails more often and hence use up my varnish collection :A
Hopefully will have some more UU to report over the week.
Have a good day and a good week ahead x0 -
Only one use up this weekend, but it was a long time coming...
John Frieda Heat Defence spray. WIBA? No - it's fine and does the job, but nowhere near as good as the T&G spray I now use. So I'm very happy to see the back of this, as I can now use my favourite spray guilt free
I've now decided the money I save from now on in my pot will go towards Glastonbury tickets and costs (got my ticket yesterday, woohoo!) - so musn't touch it! So far I've used a big chunk of it on new GHD's, paying off a credit card, and some costs for a wedding. Glastonbury seems like a nice goal for the rest of it:beer:

1 UU this weekend - Clynol mini finishing spray - WIBA? nope basically it was rubbish and I'm glad to see the back of it!
i did have a couple of INs this weekend BUT they were all free gifts! Went to a show and was given a goodie bag with toothpaste and moisturiser and stuff in it so very pleased! (although not really needed! there was a shower gel in there which at least will save me buying one this month but does increase my stash!)
Only think I think I will need to buy this month is deodrant!
Good luck for the month all!New surname New start!
