Terms And Conditions

1. No purchase necessary.
2. Draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their families of McCain Foods UK Ltd, its agents or any company professionally connected with the promotion. Only one entry per household.
3. We cannot accept bulk entries from the trade or any consumer group or third party applications.

4. Entry must be made by submitting application via www.mccainitsallgood.co.uk. Entries must be completed in full. Entries altered, defaced, or containing profanities are invalid.

5. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed.
6. Closing date for applications is Sunday 31st October 2010.
7. There is no cash alternative or refund. The prize consists of McCain organising an event to the value of £5000. The event planning will be managed by an external company appointed by McCain and this will involve: booking the venue, catering, planning, design, entertainment and decorations. Winners will be responsible for travel to the event. Date of event will be subject to the availability of the party organiser.

8. The winning entry will be selected at random under independent supervision from all entries received by the due closing date.
9. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date and by accepting these terms and conditions the winners details may be used for publicity purposes.
10. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
