A tricky issue: A colleague who doesn't wash her hands

So after making sure your hands are clean inside the cublicle, you then use the handle used by everyone else who has wiped their bum and not yet washed their hands to leave the cubicle?
Hm.
My thoughts exactly. Then Hootie transfers whatever he/she has picked up from the handle to the next thing he/she touches (i.e. the main toilet door handle) so the rest of the people who have washed their hands properly end up with it on their hands as well _pale_0 -
Another issue is that she's always the one who's coughing and sneezing and now we can understand why a bit more!
Be aware there are medical reasons that could be to blame for this that have nothing to do with hygiene. For example I have spent the last 4 years with cold and flu symptoms nearly every day due to Allergic Rhinitis and Sinusitis.
I would get the manager to talk to her.0
