A participant's entry into the Actimel prize draw is subject to these Terms & Conditions and also unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions to the Promoter's Privacy Policy at http://www.actimel.co.uk/PrivacyPolicy.aspx. All participants should read these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the UK only aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their families of Danone Ltd, its associated companies, their agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Illegible, incomplete, incorrectly completed entries and defective entries will not be accepted.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
5. No purchase is necessary. Entries are only valid by completing the online entry form at www.actimel.co.uk/competitionSeptemberopened.aspx.
6. Only one entry per person allowed. No bulk or third party entries. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this term by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force' or any other automated means, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
7. Failure to comply with the draw terms and conditions will automatically render entry into the promotion as invalid.
8. Entries will only be accepted between 30th September 2010 and 31st October 2010.
9. There are five Prizes. Each prize consists of a Dynamic Composter (for further details see http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.207-2128.aspx). The prizes are from Tesco Direct and come with standard next day delivery.
10. There will be five winners. Each winner will win one prize.
11. The winners will be first five names drawn at random, under independent supervision.
12. The draw will take place on or before 28 November 2010.
13. Winners will be notified by email on or before 14 December 2010. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winners, but if this cannot be achieved within 28 days the promoter reserves the right to choose alternative winners.
14. Brief details (name and county) of the prize winners can be obtained from Danone Ltd between 14 - 31st December 2010. Please send a self addressed envelope to Danone Ltd, 3rd Floor, International House, London, W5 5DW.</EM>
15. The winning entrants may be required to participate in reasonable publicity and where required to do so the winners' consents to cooperate with the Promoter without further recompense.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel or suspend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
17. No cash or other alternative prize is available.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value, where it becomes necessary to do so.
19. The prize winners can redeem their prize by contacting 20:20. 20:20 are a Digital Marketing agency working with Danone Ltd on this promotion. Full details of who to contact at 20:20 will be provided in the email confirming that they have won the prize.
20. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Promoter does not accept responsibility for any loss or injury resulting from prize acceptance. This does not affect any statutory rights.
21. The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. The Promoter takes its obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 seriously. All information collected as part of this promotion is collected by the Promoter and will not be disclosed to any third parties. From time to time the Promoter may wish to send you information concerning its news, products, services and/or special promotions if you choose to opt-in to receive such communications.
