Panic Button - Help your less techie friends

Saw this interesting little program today:

I know a lot of people here look after other computers - for friends and as part of their work.

The idea -

• User sees an error message or something else weird on screen.
• All they have to do is click the icon in the system tray.
• A popup box asks them to describe the problem
• You get sent an email with a screenshot and the description (or it's saved to a network location)

excellent thanks for that Sra useful for mothers, I sure it's not just my mother who "always meant to tell me" but kept forgetting grrrrr

They can't if it is turned off, or using anything lower than XP, or the firewall prohibits it...I can go on!

Myivo is better and free, plus you can use it anywhere without having to install software to access the computer
