I Have just registered with the below company. I have been told they are credible , any moneysavers with them who can confirm there credability.

Yes it is a credible site. At work we use Elance a lot to sub-contract small projects. Typically writing projects where we need literature or content for the website written, but recently we have used it to tender out more complex projects.

The site and the way of working are a bit Americanised, but it is legit, secure, and funds for a project are held in Escrow until the project has been completed.

It is credible but you will have a lot of competition from those in poorer countries who can afford to charge peanuts, e.g. India.

A word of caution: watch out for those fees. Both Elance clients and freelancers are subject to sign up fees, work fees, subscription fees, and even money holding fees. And if you carefully read through the site's terms and conditions, you'll discover what I'm referring to.
