bought a car radio from aldi 8 months ago, its never been working correctly from new ..but it had blue tooth which was a must so i put up with it,, now its packed up almost ,, ive looked on the site aldi suggest to return it to but there in administration,, what do i do it as a 3 year guarantee and i have the recite

You could try. See what happens. I'm not sure about returning stuff once a company's in administration. I assume you just get added to the list of creditors? Whether you're likely to get your money back - who knows? How much was it?

was not sure if i could take it back to aldi as the guarantee says it should be sent back to a tevion co,, facin8,, but the co in administration,, do aldi now have to give me a replacement?? as i bought it fom them

It's up to Aldi's to sort out, have a word with the store manager if the girl on Customer Services doesn't agree.

Well your 3 year guarantee isn't with aldi its with tevion the guarantee is beyond your statutory rights, Aldi do not have to owner the three year guarantee.

Now your statutory right are a complete and different story. I'm too full fo cold to repeat what been repeated on here a thousands times so do a search or wait till one else posts.
