Advent 6441 question

Googled but couldnt come up with anything but was wondering if there was a way to connect it to my tv?

My other laptop (Packard Bell) does it, I bought a cable from Maplins but that cable doesnt fit the Advent.

I hope you won't mind me pointing out that you have severely restricted the number of people who might have a go at answering your question by giving insufficient information about the problem. There will be very few people who have the exact same laptop as you have!

If you said something more about the cable you bought which worked with the Packard-Bell laptop (such as what the cable was called, and what plugs are on each end), and why this didn't work with the Advent laptop; also what likely sockets you have available on the Advent; then many more people might be able to suggest a solution!

Was hoping someone had an Advent which is hooked up to the tv!

Think I need an HDMI cable and a DVI adapter
