i did this last night. i got the 1st msg which i replied to.

should you get a reply to the msg you send with your details?

i sent my detials in this format.

name,M,dd,mm,yyyy,house no,postcode,N

i havnt received any texts since.

I also have an orange contract phone and was unable to send the reply text. Instead I started a new text with the information required and sent it to 81222. This worked and I got a "Thank you. Your gift will be sent ...." message. The format I used for dob was ddmmyyyy no commas or slashes in between. Hope this helps. Thanks also to original poster!

Hi I am with easy mobile and usually the texts take forever to be received, but I used the same format as CheekyHippo with the date of birth ddmmyyyy and received a reply back within a couple of seconds Saying "thankyou gift will be sent within 28 days "
