I haven't got around to complaining that my latte mugs have not arrived because it hasn't been 28 days since I requested them.

However, this morning I got a letter telling me that there has been a high demand (I wonder why!) and they have had to order more from the supplier. It also said that they would be sending my mugs next week.

Let's see what happens....

I got a card too but no mention of the latte mugs i ordered on the 3rd october,only the frother
