Hi
Any advice would be much appreciated!
I am in the process of booking a holiday with an american tour operator based in Costa Rica.
It is going to cost us $125 more to pay with our visa credit card than if we pay by a wire transfer.
I have made sure it is a reputable co and the reviews etc are glowing.
My question is this - are we protected by section 75 if anything happens to the company? They are 'the middle man' booking all our hotels, tours etc for us, so, although we are paying them, it will only be the commission they earn, the rest of our money will be passed on to the relevant people.
I'd like to pay with the cc for peace of mind, should anything happen to the company, but, I'm not sure how we are protected.
Many thanks

Do you mean you are paying each supplier separately and then a commission to the intermediary?Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.

I'm sorry, I don't apologise. That's just the way I am. Homer (Simpson)0
