hello all,
can anyone help or advise??? i am only days from completion on my mortgage and it has been a nightmare solicitors drive me mad!!!! i have had a mortgage offer done the valuation searches etc and signed the contract but i am know petrified as i have gone overdrawn and it has shown up on my credit file will everything go through or should i be worried???????
any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Have you actually exchanged? No worries if you have - the monies will all be in place. If not, I doubt it'd make a difference at this late stage, but I'm not expert!

Just realised you said 'completion on my mortgage' and not 'purchase'. What are they waiting on for it to complete? How long have you been overdrawn for? Are we talking hours, days or more? When can you clear it? And how much are you overdrawn? If it's hundreds or thousands, it'll be different from going £50 overdrawn. Always best to have a free o/d in place so you don't get penalised!
