my mums samsung e1120 is saying "phone freezed",she put the wrong password code in it a few times.
ive called tmoblie customer services and they says put in several numbers about 10 times then it will ask for a PUK CODE,ive done this about 50 times but it still says phone freezed,
can anyone help as she needs her phone and she has no land line.
