I would suggest that you include amongst your software purchases soemthing along the lines of microsoft office, certainly mirosoft word & access and possibly access. They can be bought seperatly or togther. Very handy for general office work.When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0 -

I have open office which is a free open source software package similar to Microsft Office.
Also are there grants available to help fund these types of purchases becuase we also need to purchase 2 x Laptops and 2 x Mobile Phones ?0 -
