Just spent 1/2 hour on the phone to their call centre (0870 number). It was clear that the woman who took my call was deliberately trying to keep me on the line for as long as possible.......

She clearly knew nothing about the service, although even my 2 year old grandson would find this line of questionning ridiculous:

Q1. Is the green internet light on the modem lit? Yes it is

Q2. Is the black power cable plugged into the modem? D'oh!

Kept putting me on hold and was clearly dealing with more than one call. In the end I got told just to re-boot the modem (which I've done twice already today). If I experience disconnection problems in the future it could be BT's fault, or the line, or, or, or..............

Yeah, basically anything other than Sky's fault!
