So sorry to hear your news Skiergirl, sending you big hugs and lots of strength xxx

My nan has been discharged from hospital this afternoon as they couldn't find anything 'major' wrong but she is so confused and wobbly on her legs and has become completely incontinent. My mum is fuming at the treatment in the hospital and is going to now have arguments with her sister about what needs to be put in place to care for nan at home. My aunt thinks my nan should be able to do everything she could do when she was 40, silly moo :(

Marg, all my details are the same as before. Not sure if I said thank you for the parcel x

Ali, thank you for the parcel, you and Rusty both sent something and it cheered me up greatly today :A. Been shouting a bit at the boys, only day two of the holidays and they are already bickering. Off to a big park tomorrow with friends, hopefully us grown ups can sit with a cuppa whilst the kiddies run riot :)

Rainmac Sending you positive vibes and big hugs. Got everything crossed for you and hope your nan makes a speedy recovery.

Skiergirl Positive vibes and hugs heading your way.

choccy Huge congratulations on the birth of your new grandson. I know isn't it horrendous how dependent we become on the net. I have been having withdrawal symptoms. :rotfl:

Liz any room in your suitcase for your Paris trip - Jealous Me! you bet I am!! Love that place - in fact if I ever win the lottery you can all come and visit me in my Latin Quarter apartment :rotfl::rotfl: Oh and don't forget to take an empty suitcase for all the shopping. Mmmm cakes... :)

OAP That's really strange having that reaction to the strawberries. OH was saying to me the other day that he's thinking of stopping buying them cos everytime he eats them they upset his stomach. Weird. I've told him to buy organic ones next time and see if he has the same reaction. Maybe they've been sprayed with something that you're allergic too. Hope you're ok now. Belated Happy Birthday too :T

MadFrog I've discovered a really good ebook site. PM me if you want me to send you the link

Marg Could you please send me the lists again? - I lost mine when my laptop crashed. Thanks. How was Italy - again yep I'm jealous. Sounds like bliss. Love Venice - never been to Lake Garda but I've heard it's lovely.

Artydoll Just read about your great-grandson - sending you huge hugs

    Picnic Gorgeous card and box

Ali Did you know you can get the Eurostar to Paris and then get a sleeper train to just about anywhere in Europe. We went from Glasgow to South of France by train a couple of years ago and it was brilliant. Give me a shout if you want any info. There is no luggage restriction (apart from what you can physically carry) and sitting on the TGV looking at Provence lavendar fields out the window and drinking wine was a great start to the holiday :)

mygeorgie I've googled it and it looks like a SU one. Liz is who you need to speak to for that one

Phew!! Caught up (well only if you don't include blogland) I'm in the middle of making a huge gift box set for a Naming Day. Calling it quits for the night cos I've got to the fiddly bits and I'm way too tired. Hot Chocolate anyone...

Hi all ,lovely sunny morning today.makes me feel happy, lol.
Made a rubbish card yesterday ,coloured a beautiful fairy image ,then put it in one of my new blanks,I tried a french door card ,which was a mistake, coloured the actual front of the card to match the image, with pro markers, made a right pigs ear of it ,I can tell you.
Hope you are all crafting better than me ,I seem to have lost my touch recently, perhaps my brain is going mushy, lol
I.ll blob it later for you to tell me what I did wrong ,I need some feed back ,maybe I can make it better.
    xxx
