Making cards - Ideas (part 5)

Good Afternoon!

I'm on ironing duty today plus trying to fit in a bike ride with DH - he rides twice as far as me 'cos he keeps coming back to check I'm OK! The traffic is tough whizzing up behind me - Tour de France I ain't!

We had a lovely outing yesterday to Kirkby Lonsdale for lunch in the garden at Avanti (one of my fave places to be) then a stroll down to the river. I have made a few cards recently too but not had time to blog them or keep up on there. I've got quite a few family birthdays in July plus flourgirl's Pearls & Swirls challenge so need to get cracking........ Hope you all have a good day and the sun is shining for you.

Hi Ladies,
My carfty friend and I are going on a coach holiday tomorrow to Bath etc. Can anyone tell me if there are any good crafting shops we can visit while we are there? we both love making cards but I also make my own jewellery and it would be a shame not to seek out any shops worth a visit.

Hope you have a lovely time, this company has bead shops in Bath, Salisbury and Shaftesbury I haven't been but the website is making me drool at the lovely beads they have. This craft shop sounds really interesting. HTH x

Afternoon ladies, phew too hot today (by no pleasin some folk lol), sat in the garden while the kids played in the paddling pool you see how much fun they have with that and a bag of water bombs and wonder why you pay for expensive toys!!! then been in and out watching the tennis.

I too should be doing loads of ironing but I am going the check if the kids have uniform for tomorrow and leave it until the morning. Get it out of the way before I go to the youngests sports day tomorrow.

may i ask whoever is on halo polishing duty to come my way. My Ironing basket is empty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mind you its washing day again tomorrow:(

I hope that everyone is having fun in the sun, its been beautiful here in NE Scotland and we are sooo not used to it, there was no wind today and I had to move indoors as the sun was tooooo hot.

We do seem to be a few folk short at the moment I hope all are well and just too busy to come on line, or even on HOLIDAYs. I have to wait till Sept for mine. I did a blog hop this morning but my reader list on blogger was quite short so if you posted and I did not comment sorry just kick me. Is blogger still playing silly bbbb?
