I use the wider tape most but i used to go through loads of ordinary tape stick things in a week and these rolls last ages. I buy mine 10 or 12 rolls at a time from ebay but they last for months.
Soma hope you find a job you really love soon. Hugs to anyone who needs them.
Can't really make anything at the moment . Carly was running around on weds and i put my hand out to steady her and she bumped into my fingers . They swelled up and were a little stiff so i thought i'd bruised them. Yesterday i could stand the pain no longer and went to a and e turns out she'd dislocated me the 2 smallest fingers so i had to have them put back. hand is still stiff and painful doc said up to 4 weeks to heal properly. Feel silly now.
yes defo going to invest in one!! :T
ouch!! Hope your fingers feel better soon :eek:0 -

Nooooooooooooooo!!!!!!
I totally missed out on some gossip the other day don't know if the people involved read this but sure they won't mind me saying as i won't name whom said it but i went to my local craft shop (got some reduced xmas stamps whoops got to stop buying)
and 2 ladies were chatting about a craft woman who is rude and not very nice in real life and that she is up herself and thinks she owns tim holtz. While on the other hand he and his boyfriend were the nicest people they met there. Not being up on my craft people very much i don't know what woman they could have been talking about but i have an idea.:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0 -
OUCH craftygranny, ooohhh your poor fingers
Hope they feel much better soon x
Anyone caved in and ordered any of the new LOTV girly stamps? I have, ordered 3 so not too outrageous, trying to keep my mind off the interview I have tomorrow . I have nothing to wear yet (don't think jeans and a top is an option is it?), been and bought several things and I don't think anything is suitable so off shopping again in a bit to get myself sorted. I hate the pressure of having to buy an outfit for a particular occasion, I always struggle but when I don't have the need for clothes (or the money!) I find loads of things I want to buy.
Hope the sun is shining where you are, it is here x:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Soma, so glad you found another job so quickly. Have you thought about looking on the Up Your Income board? There are lots of clever people on there x:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0

Hello! We have sunshine! :j
Soma - sorry to hear about your job woes - but it's good that you have a new one in the current climate, are there hopes of promotion to improve your earnings?
rainmac - Just go for something comfortable, neat & tidy for your interview - they shouldn't be testing your fashion sense! No LOTV purchases here - I haven't used the last stamps I got yet so am on a bit of a ban. I lost my broadband yesterday so in case it goes again just want to say very best of luck with the interview I'll keep everything crossed for you x
Which brings me neatly to your fingers Craftygranny Ouch! Ouch & more Ouch! Hope the pain eases very soon.0 -
