I really like the new LOTV stamps but I think I'll be good for a change. I always shy away from using images of animals, I think its because I'm never sure what colours to use.

Possibly influenced by my new stash from the SECC show and from LOTV, the next challenge will be Something Animalistic.
You could have an image with an animal on it, something animal print or animal-themed backing paper. Take your pick and let your imagination go wild *bad joke*
Or perhaps pack that bag!!!!!!!:beer:0 -
Evening everyone
Well done on your win flying fresian
I have read through everyones posts but having a memory like mine.....
hugs to all who need em and hugs to all who don't lol
I got me new spellbinders grand callibur delivered Friday how exciting! As of yet I've only managed to have a quick play as I've been busy this wkd! Have ordered my skin tone promarkers to go with the ones i got at the SECC also so cannot wait to get in about playing with my stash soon!
Just spent ages catching up on your posts and thanking everyone to keep track of where I get to only to find something went wrong and it unthanked everyone so I had to do it again....don't know what happened there grrrr
Prob a silly question but I'm gonna ask anyways lol....see how some of you lovely ladies do challenges people can enter.....how does it work? I know you make a card blah blah blah lol but if you win do you hold the next challenge etc?? I've not entered any as yet I was just curious as to how it works.....

twinkle - that's it - if you win you set it!
well done friesian and flourgirl on your wins.
As for sleepovers - I don't have them, I'm not good with other people's children - have even had a couple go back injured after coming for tea(only minor grazes from falling over type stuff) so would be a nervous wreck if they stayed plus OH and the cat both snore.
I fell off the stash wagon but think it's stress related - OH had been feeling a "little" unwell ending up with him being admitted to A&E friday morning with suspected heart attack / angina attack - first I knew was friday tea time when he said he might be late home :mad: He discharged himself  and is going to see the doctor on Monday to sort out his blood pressure and blood sugar level :eek: To say I could quite cheerfully kill him is a bit of an understatement
Anyway i bought 2 whiff of joy stamps, a stampavie one and some glamour dust plus a lickle ted cross stitch kitalthough may recoup some of it from stuff listed on ebay
Plus it's probably far less than it would have cost me in cigs - guess if this latest episode hasn't made me light up then nowt will
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

It's not funny but........ given the seriousness if he doesn't get to the doctors and get himself properly sorted he might save you the trouble!! You deserve all the stash you can get after a stress like that. ((Hugs)) & a BIG Well Done for not smoking .:)
My late FIL once called the doctor to the house but didn't tell MIL that he had done........ she was a little put out about it to say the least.0 -
Thanks paddington
Hope your OH is ok! eeek well done on not smoking! x
my OH once took himself to a&e with chest pains after his backshift at work...he was home 2 hours late, his work said he left at usual time and wasn't answering his mobile...I was frantic with worry and just putting my boots on to go look for him in the car when he toddled through the door!! its back roads he has to travel to work and they are really bad for accidents I had visions of him in a field......aparently he didny want to worry me!!! what is it with men!! lol

Well done on winning the challenge Flying Fresian and great challenge I will definatly get a card done for this one.0 -
Padster - hope you OH is ok when he gets to the Drs tomorrow, as the others say, what are men like!
Well done on your wins - Flourgirl with your fab card, and Flying Fresian on here. Just posted something on my b*** FF, that I hope fits with your challenge - its not a card though. If it needs to be a card then I will have another go.
Been busy this last week with sorting out things for my oldests birthday which was yesterday, can't believe that he is 12 already. Had a sleepover for two of his friends, and have to say it went well, and they were all in bed for 12.30, which I thought was pretty good. Done them in the past, and have to say that they are more hard work when the kids are 8, 9 and 10. From 11 they are quite self sufficient and are quite happy to play on the wii, go on the computer/football table/ or play table tennis on the dining room table, they are just constantly hungry :rotfl:.
Hugs to those that need them, will try to catch up properly on blogs tomorrow xxx2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family. It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,0000 -
Thank you for the ideas. I gave into temptation today and bought another 5 set of promarkers (oops) and I think the next thing I need to get are a set of circle dies, so on your advice, probably the nellie snellen ones as they seem cheapest to begin with. Might have to enter a competition at some point, might actully make me get some work done, as crafting anything seems to take forever with me hehe.0

Thanks ladies. Just popped another make on the blob.
Padster....MEN!!!! hope your DH gets on okay at the Drs, fingers crossed.
Congratulations on your win Flying fresian, love the new challenge.
Rawr the nellie snellen dies are not as strong as the spellbinders but are ok for the price.0
