    SNIPPED!!!!!

Talking of selling things Choccy, I have tried and tried to get on with one of these, but have had no luck whatsoever, so am giving up and going back to DST and tacky glue. If anyone was interested in it please pm me , there is 2/3 of a roll on the gun, and I have a spare roll to.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I sent Marg an email about her winning my challenge, and have had a response from her. She is OK, the op went well, and she was discharged from hospital yesterday, she is very limited in what she can do, and has to keep her head in certain positions to help with the healing. She is hoping to pop on here tomorrow for a few minutes, to post a new challenge for us

I also don't get on with my ATG and seem to waste loads of tape trying to use the thing. I find it doesn't always roll well but it's probably just me.

Thanks for the Marg update - hope she is back soon.

Oooh, poor Choccy, poor Cuttlebug, how did you manage to kill it?

Scatty So sorry to hear about your grandaughter, wishing her a speedy recovery.

    Well done winners :T.

Our DVD recorder died last night, came up with HDD ERROR which apparently means the hard drive failed. Gutted! I had the whole of Downton Abbey recorded, I like period dramas and was going to transfer it to disc, lost a few films as well. I like to record daytime programmes that interest me and watch them when there's nothing on I fancy at night so I'm already missing it :(. It was a quite expensive Panasonic not quite 3 years old. We're trying the "should last a reasonable length of time" route with the retailer with the help of Consumer Direct so hope to get a partial refund to put towards another one. Retailer denied it was their responsibility and to contact Panasonic but Consumer Direct say it is so a recorded delivery letter has gone off today.

Hugs to all the poorlies, hope you all feel better soon. Hugs to everyone else as well.

Glad to hear Marg is ok and her op went well. Hope she sets us a nice easy challenge :)

CT I read you dont really like your ATG gun, well I am exactly opposite I LOVE mine, in fact I have just ordered another 10 rolls of tape. I've had it about a year and it did take some getting used to but once you have the knack its brilliant. Just shows what suits one doesn't suit another.

The digi papers I bought are really nice, I'll find a link if anyone is interested. I bought some Nitwits papers from The Hobby House and fell in love with them but didn't want to use them so now havin g the digi's I can print as many as I like :)

Here you are Nitwits papers :)

Giggle If my OH's anything to go by a sweetie buffet would be ideal - although the guests would need to fight him to get to them. Great idea!

CT Thanks for the update on Marg - I've just finished her winners button but I didn't want to email it to her and spoil the surprise. I'll send it to her now. :)

Scatty I was wondering where you've been - poor wee mite. Sending you all hugs. I've got Ch4 on just now but TBH I'm gonna rewind it and watch it again - I've missed most of it.

    Padster Happy new laptop! :T:T

I'm off for a cuppa. Catch you all later.

I’m putting off getting a new lock on my passenger door, as it will cost £170.00 to get fixed. All the time I can lock it from the inside, I’m not parting with my money.

Omg i've just had a lock replaced along with the main central locking unit - thank god it was under warranty (only for few more months though).

Hmm all this talk of ribbon i'm starting to think I need more but never know what colours to buy...
  • Scatty hope the littly keeps getting better :)

Lei loads of our staff caught noro virus after last years xmas meal. They were investigated coz some of the staff were from environmental health lol
