:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: Well, here I am. spitting nails as they cancelled the op yet again 'cos this time I hadn't had a second swab to see if I had MRSA still up the nose of all places. Not my fault just the hospitals 'cos nobody checked my records and nobody wants to take responsibility. All I got was that the hospital has a zero tolerance against infection, I have zero tolerance for negligence,150 miles my poor OH has driven today, there and back twice. Oh boy! Did I give 'em what for. Bl--dy gross incompetance :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Calm. wifey, calm, was looking forward to having two weeks off and playing! B**ger back to work Friday.

Sarah, smashing card for your niece.
 Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"!

  • Evening ladies -wow you've all been chatty! Thank you to everyone for your congrats on my weightloss - I feel really motivated now and am even more determined to shift it. Hopefully I will get my oven back tomorrow so that will make life easier.

OK as there's so much chat today I don't have a hope of remembering what I've read, so I'll apologise in advance if I forget anyone.

Rusty - glad the littlies are better and I don't blame you for sending them back in. Not surprised you didn't start your diet I would've said stuff it with all the sicky washing.

Choccie - glad you got a new poochie

PONR and Scatty - I watched that programme too - quite an eye opener! Don't suppose you saw Shameless after it?

DTB - sorry can't help with the die

The-Wife - So sorry about your op, I wouldn't have wanted to be in their shoes!!! I had the hospital today and look like I should get my op within the next 6 weeks - but not holding my breath as the consultant sent me upto "referals" who alledgedly would see me today and book me in, only to be told that are super busy and will have to see me next Wednesday!

I'm going to play with my new stash from QVC which finally arrived. In the unlikely event that I actually manage to make something tonight I will blog it first thing tomorrow. x

  • sorry been MIA - aint enough hours in the day just at the mo.

we also had a mega meeting at work on Monday so they could tell us that we might be at risk of being made redundant - no **** sherlock as if council cuts haven't been all over the news lol!

have also been feeling rubbish - nowt specific just generally rubbish - so have booked myself in with the nurse for a service :D

CT my challenge entry is on my blog

haven't had chance to catch up but saw all the :mad::mad: and am so sorry about your op being cancelled wifey - useless blooming lot!
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p
  • W-B-R - yes it was a real eye opener. There is a thread on here in the wedding section and people were quite annoyed about the 'grab' on the young girl. I did watch both episodes of Shameless - I love it but have missed loads of the series as I used to travel alot!! I'm confused as to where Paddy, Chesneys mum and sister and Stan have gone lol!

The-Wife - that's terrible that they cancelled on you again. I hope you will put in a complaint about it.
