Phew! I've just caught up with you all.

Congratulations to all the fab winners, the MSE Collective does it again :j yay!:j A force to be reckoned with, no challenge is too great.

Happy Birthday (belated) to those who are celebrating their very own cake day!

Rainmac, cracking cake but I'm still full from the weekend. I'll put me hand up to having three large scoops of Jen & Berry's ice cream, it was so scrummy, yummy and gorgeous and I sat watching Mickey Mouse sing in French (a bit weird at times) especially when Minnie sings in English.

Rusty glad to see you back and hope things are getting better.

PepPop eyes crossed for Mr P besides everything else being crossed.

I'm really glad you enjoyed it Wifey! My sister and I went and took our girls Christmas before last. It's really magical. The prolem was we had a three hour wait for Santa. It was so worth it though, none of this, want do you want? and you're out. He took his time asking all sorts of questions. DD's loved it. Only got to go on one ride though, as youngest one became ill while we were there. I don't think I've ever been so worried in my life - strange country, strange language etc. I was so glad to get home. :o

On another note my next lot of Promarkers arrived today. How many are there in the full set? I've filled up my BIG Lock 'n' lock box - I'll have to get a bigger one.

Myz - have you got the email list? My name is on there, you can add me on facebook. I'm easy to find - I'm the only one on there! :A

    Nope :)

I had the first ever list but it doesn't have everyone on. Am I on your list? :)

    Hi ladies

I wish you had all been with me today at The Hobby House!! OMG its fantastic!! my lovely hubby took his book and sat in the car, he told me to take as long as I wanted :D Its a good job its 45 miles away or I would be in serious money trouble!! We has a little trouble finding it cos you go down a driveway to what looks like an old garden centre and through a shed door and its just like stepping into aladdins cave :D I didn't now where to look first! The staff were lovely, they even found some crafty bits for a child having a tantrum so his mum could look round. I bought lots of basics and some gorgeous Nitwits papers, cardstock, self adhesive pearls @ 60p a pack of 90 so I got 10 packs, lovely charms, fab ribbons, flowers and 2 sheets of MME 12x12 christmas paper. I really enjoyed myself and came out nearly broke.

We then went for some lunch and found Home Bargains so I popped in and spent a bit more on Elizabeth Shaws mints Cadbury's minatures 16 sheets of silver and gold card for 79p and in true Blue Peter style a roll of sticky backed plastic :rotfl: So all in all a good day :D

Plus yesterday I ordered a load of Bazzill cardstock from Mod Scraps....ssshhhhhh I hope DH is out when the postie comes, or it might just have to be a stash swap lol

Flourgirl, what a fab day, I am soooo jealous, would love to go there. Maybe I could come stay with you for a few days... I've noticed the staff on their stands at shows are always lovely. Thank you for the parcel, am sending one in return (it's only little) x

Wifey, how did you manage 4 Sweetpea doubles?

I have a pair of tickets for the Stitch & Creative Crafts Show in Surry in January up for grabs, they are on Crafty Place. Please pop your name down if you'd like them and if more than one person is interested I'll do a draw x

Rainmac I just wish you had been with me, we could have had a fab time, its so nice to bounce ideas off each other. Sounds like you have had a lovely day too, cuddling a baby. Awwe, I love babies too. When I was childminding it was so nice when I had a new baby to look after, it was great to get paid and satisfy my maternal side at the same time. Re the parcel, you are very welcome xx

KMS – well done on the weight loss.

Flourgirl – sounds like you had a fab time at HobbyHouse. I’d love to come and visit it, but it would be a 500 mile round trip for me :(.

The Wife – glad you had a fab time at Euro Disney.

PepPop – sending good wishes to Mr PepPop for the outcome of his interview today.

Rusty - hope you are feeling better soon.

Marg – take care, hope you are posting again soon.

Craftfairy – I meant to ask you how did you cut the magnetic foam you did as a birdcage magnet the other week. Was it through one of you die cutting machines, or a cuttlebug?

I made another 7 Christmas cards yesterday to add to the 20 I’ve already made, just another 35 to go, just got to come up with an easier design.

I’m off tomorrow and have a friend coming for lunch, but hope to squeeze some card making in too.

snipped Does anyone know the cheapest/best place to get a Martha Stewart (or the similar) border punch from?

Hi KMS - I was looking for Martha Stewart punches the other week, and found the cheapest to be from Oyster Stamps. Free postage here too if you spend over £20.00. So I ended up buying 2. They have a huge selection, just depends on what you are looking for.
